Ho Chi Minh (to the right) meets the Chien Thang. The other man mentioned here is Nguyen Manh Khanh, a Vietnamese designer, inventor and engineer who was known as Quasar Kanh. In 1964 he developed another car named Quasar which h was produced by the English Unipower company.
